Task Bar (Move)

Published by admin at 8:39 pm under Tips, Windows, step by step, without level

The Windows taskbar is the bar is located where the start button on the left side of it, and the clock on the right side. Usually located at the bottom of the screen because the default setup is configured as is.

But often, for any reason, such as changing the subject of windows, for any program that is easier to use if the taskbar is not annoying, or simply because we like to change the site gives us the element that wins. Interest may change this bar and place it in any other position.

Also by default the task bar is set to be blocked and therefore can not vary or size, or position. So the steps to change the position or size would be:

1. Step: First it should be noted that we can change the position or size of the taskbar, for doing this The only thing that has to do is place your mouse over the taskbar, and make a click with the right mouse button. In performing this action is presented in the context menu screen for the taskbar. This is a menu option called Lock the Taskbar, which should appear in your left side with a signal, this signal indicates that the option is enabled, therefore it has to make a click on this option to disable the Lock the taskbar.

2. Step Two: Once the lock off if we want to change the size for the height of the taskbar, is to place your mouse over the edge of the bar, where we're at the edge when the mouse pointer take the form of a double arrow tip pointing up and down. Once the pointer is located click the left mouse button and hold it while dragging the mouse. By doing this you can see how changing the size of the bar when the size you want to simply release the mouse button.

3. Step: If you want to change the position or location of the taskbar, the action has done is put the mouse pointer on a portion of the taskbar where there is nothing, ie on same task bar, not on a button to an application or something like that. Once located the mouse pointer in this position, do a click with the left mouse button and hold down the button while dragging the taskbar to the left, right or top of the screen that appears to look at the position the bar where we want to make a rectangular frame made up of small dots, when you see this mark in the correct position just release the mouse button and the taskbar is moved to that position. Depending on the configuration and graphics windows is possible that rather than a brand itself appears taskbar completely drawn.

4th. Step Two: Once placed in the taskbar with its position and the size you want, would have to fix it, for it has simply re-click on the option discussed in Step 1 Lock the Taskbar.

I would like to know if it is possible to change the name and icon of the programs that are open on the taskbar, je je. For example I'm at work and want to use the ARES, but when we clear this minimizes the icon and the name of the program, it will be possible to get another, so you do not see what I'm actually using?. Rioja to hide the taskbar is not an option that you are looking for.

Respect to leave the task bar as it is very simple because it simply has to access the properties of the bar, making a click with the right mouse button on it and selecting the menu option that appears "properties", then in the dialog box that appears will have the option of selecting "Always keep visible" and "lock the taskbar" and other options to activate them.

    I hope I have helped!

    Un saludo.

Hla like I have a doubt about the size but this is not exactly ...
Unlocking the bar is really xo k can be increased by "floors" digams ... But if hacems a "Print Screen" and pegams in paint for example we see that the bar has a height of exactly 22 pixels and I wonder ...

Where is the configuration file is specified in which the features of this bar? I imagine that will be one. ini or something x style and be in the system32 folder in WINDOWS or anything ... you know something about it?

    Thanks in advance.

Well it is a question that I had never raised! But logically just as there are themes that change the appearance of windows and taskbar, it has to locate information on any type of file, seek information and where to find the comment here. A greeting and thanks for your visit.
